A blend of Roussanne, Chenin Blanc, Verdelho and Viognier, the 2020 Field
Blend has one of Stark Condé’s finest aromatics, offering honeysuckle, passion
fruit, lychee and waxy aromas, hints of linseed and walnut emerging with time.
The palate is very well balanced with an intense opening of pineapple, stem
ginger, lemon thyme and grapefruit. Quite concentrated in style, and packed
with flavor on the finish. Give it a year in bottle. Very fine.
