Description:

The cuvée les Quatre Terroirs is a champagne with a strong personality. It is an impressive champagne, that pairs exceptionally well with a variety of food, especially with shellfish.

 

Nose: Complex with notes of pastry
Palate: Aromas of the chalky minerality of the Montagne de Reims, fruity aromas and the expressiveness of a barrel ageing. 

This cuvée Les Quatre Terroirs is a reflection of the domain which extends over 4 villages of Champagne: Bouzy, Ambonnay, Louvois and Tauxières. Blend: 82% Pinot noir to 18% Chardonnay. Dosage is Extra Brut (1g/l).

Georges Remy is a young winemaker who started by making red wines in Champagne, something unique in the region, before making sparkling wines.
