Consistently reflecting the Terroir of Château d'Esclans, the predominant clay and limestone soil brings both strength and freshness to this exceptional wine complemented by a unique approach to crafting it in 600 Liter French Oak Barrels which includes fermenting and aging 50% of Château d'Esclans for 8 months and Battonâge.
