The 2019 Ried Schütt Loibner Grüner Veltliner Smaragd is beautifully elegant, clear, refined and floral/herbal on the perfectly balanced nose that reveals notes of crushed stones and ripe pears. Lush, intense and powerful yet with great finesse and tension, this is a highly finessed and tensioned Veltliner with great elegance and clarity. Tasted at the domaine in June 2021.
