PriCes

Except marqued otherwise, all prices are in Euros VAT included.

List prices do NOT include shipment or eventual excise/customs charges .

Prices in other currencies are informative.

How to ORder.

Via the website: Most of the wines can be ordered per bottle, unless otherwise indicated.

Via email: large orders can be communicated by email, please however be aware that stocks and availability cannot be guaranteed.

By placing an order the buyer declares to be at the legal age to purchase alcoolic beverages in the country of destination.

Availability.

We do our very best to guarantee the accuracy of the stocks on the website. All the wines on the webshop are physically available and can be shipped directly.

All offers are however made "Under reserve of availability". In the exceptional case of  a stock shortage, we wil propose an alternative or the buyer has the right to cancel the order without costs. 

SHiPPING?

Shipping rates , see "Shipping Info" .

Shipping is normally done within 2 working days.

In case of extreme heat or cold, shipments can be temporarily delayed. 

Shipments can be made to your home address, collection point or your workplace.

For large volume orders, please enquire for a transport price quotation. 

Shipping costs will be automatically added to the order. For details see Shipping Info.

For all EU destinations, shipping discounts are applicable depending on destination and order value.

Insurance?

One case (12 or 18 bottles) is standard insured for a value of up to 510 €.

For high end wines , an additional insurance is available at 3% of the order value. This premium is at the expense of the buyer.

 

International Shipments

We apply Belgian law and procedures. If the buyer is outside Belgium, it is the buyers responsibility to comply with local regulations in the country of destination.

All eventual excise duties/import duties applicable in the country of destination ,or other restrictions such as the prohibition to import alcolic beverages are EXPLICITLY the responsability of the buyer. List price and shipping cost do NOT include eventual excise or import taxes, these are always at the expense of the buyer.

Payment?

All orders should be fully paid before shipment. We accept bank transferts, credit cards, paypal, ....  

 

Complaints

All our wines are shipped in special heavy duty boxes. If not withstanding there is transport damage or if the shipment does not match the order, please contact us within 24 hours via e-mail on esprit.vins@telenet.be

In case of transport damage, please mail us the photos of the broken bottles and the transport box as received.

Your complaint will be handled immediately.

GUarantEE

We will always try to deliver quality wines in good condition. If a wine does not match your expectations, we are always willing to find a solution.

Please be aware of following 2 exceptions:

-) Wines above 20 yearsI fully understand your deception and as sign of goodwill I'm willing to offer you a nice replacement bottle on a new order. are always sold in the condition they are in. Given their age, these wines are considered as "perishable" products. They can not be returned, nor exchanged or refunded. No guarantee is applicable on these wines.
-) For wines with corked taste: as this problem is alreaddy present at the moment of bottling and we sell mostly older wines, we can not redress the situation with the producer, consequently no guarantee is applicable for corked wines. 

CANCELLATION

You can cancel or change your order within 14 days after registration. For orders which have beeen shipped alreaddy, the return costs are at the expense of the buyer.

Given their perishable nature, wines over 20 years old CANNOT be returned, neither exchanged. The same applies to "Corked" wines. Please see also "Guarantee" above.
